Hi, I’m Reyvan Sinclair, a professional writer with a hobby of crafting spicy fantasy.

My day job is a tech/business writer and SEO specialist. It’s honestly very boring writing, and I started writing erotica as a creative outlet.

I had so much fun with it, I started thinking about writing a novel. I plan to cover that process here and share my journey, along with a bit of my regular life, and a whole lot of fun stories along the way.

I turned 50 last October in 2025, and I decided to start enjoying life a bit more.

I’ve been happily married for 20+ years, and have a family, so I keep my details not too personal because I’d prefer to keep my fantasy writing and family life separate.

If you happen to find me here through my stories on Lush Stories, you may notice my name is spelled differently!

So yes, Reyvan is the correct spelling. I went with the normal Raven spelling for my profile name. And the last name is made up for a pen name.

Hobbies Besides Writing

When I’m not writing, I enjoy working in my garden, cooking and spending time at the beach.

I love growing things and cooking with what I grow. It’s very rewarding, and I’ve almost always had a garden since I was little.

And I read every single day! Sometimes a little during the day, but at least every night before bed. I’ve always had a voracious appetite for reading.

My Background

I’ve always lived some place warm and grew up in the southern United States.

I have a degree in journalism, so I am a trained writer and editor. But I find journalism dreadfully boring, and going to school for it almost killed my love for writing. There is no room for creativity in J-school!

So, after school, I didn’t write for a long time.

But slowly, I found my way back. And now I’ve decided to just give in to all my creative energy and write the spicy stories bouncing around in my head for years.

And that brings us to here and now…
